Biographical Notes:
She began her acting career at the age of 5.She played Carol Ann Freeling in "Poltergeist, II, & III.
Steven Spielberg personally picked her to play the role.
She also
had a role on the TV series "Happy Days" as Heather Pfister.
After the filming of the Poltergeist III, she had flu-like symptoms. It was a
bowel obstruction that no one had known about, but it was dismissed at a
parasite that she got from drink some water.
In the months following that incident, she complained of the same symptoms
and crawled into her parents bed. She woke up vomiting and was given Gatorade.
Her hand and fingers became swollen and turned blue. She was rushed to the
hospital and died on the operating table.
